WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW

ADVANCE RESERVATIONS

Court reservations may be made through the Delta Arena booking system. Same-day walk-ins are permitted based on availability.

All bookings are non-refundable and non-rebookable. By confirming a reservation, the booking guest, on behalf of themselves and all accompanying guests included in the same booking, confirms that they have read, understood, and accepted these Terms and Conditions, together with all House Rules, Policies, and Regulations of Delta Sports Arena. The booking guest is kindly requested to ensure that all accompanying guests are aware of and comply with these terms to help provide a safe, enjoyable, and seamless experience for everyone.
RESERVATION DURATION

All court reservations are booked in standard time blocks as set by the management. Extensions are permitted only if no upcoming reservation exists.
CHECK-IN AND LATE ARRIVAL
  • All players must check in at the front desk prior to play.
  • For private court reservations, if players have not checked in within 20 minutes of the scheduled start time, the court may be released to other reservations.
GROUP SIZE

Each court has a maximum number of players as specified in the reservation system. Any excess players are subject to approval based on capacity and shall incur an additional per-person charge on top of the private court rental fee.
ENTRANCE TO THE FACILITY

All persons booking a reservation as well as all those entering the facility agree to abide by Delta Arena’s rules and regulations.
COURT USE AND CONDUCT DURING BOOKINGS

Court time must be used for basketball or pickleball only, depending on the court type, unless otherwise approved. Coaching sessions, events, leagues, or organized group activities require special booking and prior approval.
STAFF AUTHORITY

Delta Arena staff has full authority to manage court assignments, resolve booking conflicts, and reassign courts as needed for safety or operational efficiency.
RESERVATION OF RIGHTS

Delta Arena reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to change, modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of this policy at any time, with or without prior notice.
